FAT BLASTER BOOTCAMP - M/W/F, 5:30 to 6:30 a.m.

Are you ready to lose that muffin top?  Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program?  Whether you are a beginner or just tired of the same old routine, join this circuit style bootcamp designed for every fitness level.  This 5-week A.M. program offers the same benefits of personal training at a fraction of the price with an added bonus of group accountability.  Each class offers a different workout style that is challenging yet fun to help you achieve results.  Props such as resistance bands, weights, weighted balls, and more will be incorporated throughout class.  Please bring a yoga mat and water.

BEAVERCREEK BACKYARD BOOTCAMP - M/W/F, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Join this fun outdoor fitness class while you blast calories and recharge your mental health in the Backyards of Beavercreek's Parks.  Class will consist of a variety of workouts that target strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, cardio and whole-body conditioning and toning.  No equipment needed--we'll be using the features of the parks for our creative workouts.  Dress appropriately for the weather and wear appropriate shoes.  Please bring water.

The 1st Day of Class we will meet at C.I. Beaver Hall, 3696 Highmont Street, Beavercreek, Ohio.  After that we will visit different parks in Beavercreek.
